    The gym situation is lacking. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly and it was uncomfortably hot. The pool's cleanliness was a concern, with the water not being as clear as it should be-definitely room for improvement there. I encountered minor hiccups with room dining, as the quality of food fell a bit short of expectations.

    the location is magnificent and unbeatable, it's next to the metro in less than 3 minutes, and the airport and the gurgaon business district. again, it's 15 minutes drive from butterfly park gurgaon.

    Enjoyed the way our twin room by creation through towel was arranged. A personal safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar in the room were useful. The hotel has marvellous location next to Restaurant downstairs, Airport, Good infrastructure, Authentic food, Good service, Humble and cooperative staff and the Delhi NCR where there is a plenty of other hotels to work at. It was at a walking distance from Tibbs's Frankie, serving fast food.

    They welcomed us with these amazing cookies! I mean, who doesn't want to start with something sweet, right? Everyone was super kind, especially this guy Krishnan who made check-in so smooth. Plus, Siddharta from IT helped us out when our room was a bit too hot, that was solid service! The night staff, Shubham, was a real gem, always keeping us comfortable.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but worth every penny.
